Enhanced Brand Pages & Brand Bundling

Enhanced Brand Pages & Brand Bundling

We’ve made some changes to the brand pages so that IP owners can share more details with, and make the pages more engaging and informative for, potential partners.

Check out what’s new below:

  • We’ve added new fields so that brand websites and social media links can be captured.
  • The "Deal Preferences" section now only shows the minimum guarantee figure. The royalty rate has been removed given how much they vary by product category.
  • New product categories emerge all the time so IP owners can now add product (sub)categories via a free text box if they’re not on the pre-existing list.
  • There is also a free text box for channels of distribution so you can add specific retailers and search for the types of retail distribution you’re looking for.
  • There is a new “Notable Successes” area to add information such as awards, ratings etc. and a “Resources” area where sales sheets, brand guidelines, presentations etc. can be uploaded.

IP owners or agents that manage multiple brands can now allow prospective partners to ‘bundle’ two or more of their brands together into one deal proposal saving time and resource versus negotiating separate deals per brand

The ability for potential partners to bundle your brands together in a new deal proposal is "On" by default for all IP owners. To change it simply go to ‘My Company’ > ‘Settings’ and uncheck the box "Allow brand bundling".

For agencies it’s very similar, go to ‘My Company’ > ‘Clients’ select the licensor and then go to ‘Settings’ and uncheck the box "Allow brand bundling".
