As therapy, Shawn’s passion for baking led to the creation of Cheesecaked, a gourmet bakery known for its unique cheesecakes and signature milkshakes. Despite achieving sweet success, Shawn faced a devastating challenge when she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer, forcing her to close her beloved bakery. But her resilience never wavered.

In 2025, Cheesecaked will make a powerful comeback, reopening its “Mini” brand concept in Atlanta and launching a children's line, “Sweet Whimsy.”
