As therapy, Shawn’s passion for baking led to the creation of Cheesecaked, a gourmet bakery known for its unique cheesecakes and signature milkshakes. The brand gained traction through high-impact social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships, driving buzz and awareness. Her innovative desserts have been featured on Food Network, Good Morning America, CNN Travel, and more. Despite achieving sweet success, Shawn faced a devastating challenge when she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer, forcing her to close her beloved bakery. But her resilience never wavered. In 2025, Cheesecaked will make a powerful comeback, reopening its “Mini” brand concept in Atlanta and launching a children's line, “Sweet Whimsy.” Cheesecaked is set to evolve beyond a bakery into an immersive family experience where fun, creativity, and delicious treats come together.
