Xen is an Esports & Entertainment organization founded by CEO Jordan "Laz" Lazarus in May of 2019.

Jordan spent his first two years of college at the University of Tampa before transferring in his Junior year to Baruch College in Manhattan, NYC. He graduated cum laude with a degree in Finance & Investments and a minor in Communication from the Zicklin School of Business. 

Jordan has been an avid sports and video game player throughout his life. As the gaming industry started to rise, Jordan realized it was his chance to start an organization and make one of his passions a career; not only for himself but for many others as well. Upon transferring to Baruch in NY, he established his organization, Xen. 

Xen's main goal as a team is to succeed and create a community among our supporters, while also helping our members and companies that we partner with thrive. Xen has players and creators from all around the world, with some competing at the highest levels while others produce high-quality content.
