Celebrating Latin Music Heritage for over 40 Years.

The Pico Blvd Group represents one of the most extensive independent Latin music catalogs for licensing into new product categories and distribution channels. More recently, we have entered the intellectual property space with our new brand Mariachi Los Muertos. This innovative project transforms classic mariachi songs from our proprietary catalog into a collection of vivid characters, each uniquely tied to their respective songs, ready to be licensed into various consumer products. Our goal is to interject the connection of the character to its song likeness, creating a deep cultural and musical experience for all our products.

By blending traditional music with modern storytelling, we aim to enhance our music streaming potential and revenue generation, while celebrating and preserving the rich heritage of mariachi music.

Here are 10 compelling reasons why a licensee would want to work with the Mariachi Los Muertos brand:

• Unique Intellectual Property: Mariachi Los Muertos offers a unique and exclusive collection of characters each inspired by classic mariachi songs, providing a fresh and culturally rich intellectual property for licensing.

• Cultural Authenticity: The characters are deeply rooted in the rich traditions of Día de los Muertos, offering an authentic and vibrant connection to Mexican heritage that resonates with a broad audience.

• Diverse Product Potential: The brand’s versatility allows for licensing across various product categories including family-friendly games, artisan collectibles, toys, apparel, and greeting cards, among others.

• Music Integration: Each product is designed to integrate music, either through embedded elements or through music download campaigns, enhancing the user experience and engagement with the brand.

• Strong Narrative Appeal: Each character has a unique backstory and personality, making them highly engaging and ideal for storytelling in different media formats, from digital content to physical products.

• Established Catalog: The brand leverages Pico Blvd Group's extensive catalog of over 1,000 music sound recordings, providing a robust foundation for product development and marketing.

• Digital and Physical Synergy: Innovative technologies like AR integrations and QR codes linked to streaming platforms create an interactive experience that bridges digital and physical worlds, increasing product appeal and consumer interaction.

• Community Engagement: The brand fosters a vibrant community through digital engagement, including interactive content, social media challenges, and fan participation, which drives loyalty and repeat engagement.

• Event and Experience Potential: Mariachi Los Muertos is perfect for themed live events and immersive experiences that bring the music and characters to life, offering unique marketing and promotional opportunities.

• Culinary and Cultural Tie-ins: By incorporating cultural elements like characters' favorite Mexican dishes and curated playlists, the brand creates a multi-sensory experience that strengthens its cultural connection and consumer appeal.
