Jonas Jödicke, aka JoJoesArt, was born in June 1994 in Berlin, Germany. He is one of six siblings and found himself creating and imagining fantastic worlds ever since he can remember. In 2010 he began uploading his artworks to the Internet and grew more and more of a fanbase that has now grown to around half a million followers across his social media profiles. What started as a hobby became his profession in 2015. His works are now being appreciated and purchased all around the globe and have been featured on countless well known blogs, websites, magazines and on book covers. In 2020 he was featured in Forbes Magazine because of the infamous art theft incident involving former child star Aaron Carter that blew up on the Internet. As you can see in a lot of Jödicke’s works, he is especially fascinated by the contrast between light and dark or Yin and Yang. That theme is one of his favorites to portrait.
