The History • Hydrox® is the original crème-filled sandwich cookie, pre-dating Oreo® by four years. • Created by Sunshine® Biscuit in 1908. • Keebler® acquired Sunshine® Biscuit in 1996. • In 1999, Keebler, in an effort to make the cookie more kid friendly, changed the cookie design and flavor formulation making it sweeter. In addition the Hydrox® name was changed to Droxies®. • Kellogg's® acquired Keebler® in 2001, and discontinued the Droxies® brand in 2003. How do I license Hydrox?
To license Hydrox, sign up for a Negosh account and complete your company profile with your product categories, territories, and other helpful information. Search for the Hydrox page on Negosh and submit a deal proposal outlining the products, territories, and terms you have in mind. Your company then goes through an automated qualification process, and once you're qualified, your proposal is forwarded. Negotiations continue in your Negosh deal room until the licensing agreement is closed.
